As you will be aware, UAE will introduce VAT from 1 January 2018. VAT will be chargeable on the supply of most goods and services in the UAE at a standard rate of 5%. There may be some exceptions where some goods and services have been determined to be exempt from VAT or the rate will be 0% and so in effect no VAT is payable for those goods and services.

We would like to inform you that all the domestic & International orders placed on bizcorpsonline and delivered after 1st January 2018 will include VAT in all cases where VAT is applicable. Further, in accordance with the VAT rules and regulations in UAE, all the products listed on bizcorpsonline will be inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Bizcorpsonline delivers across the UAE. This includes Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, Um Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah! City

A charge of Dhs 25 apply on all local deliveries.

Important Notes: For all bizcorpsonline International customers, bizcorpsonline would like to inform that there might be a custom charges in their own country which the customer has to pay at the time they receive the product, kindly check the customs duty charges before you place the order.


Orders placed through our website are processed from Saturday to Thursday.


Bizcorpsonline avoids selling any products that are not available in directly accessible inventory.


Bizcorpsonline strives to provide it’s customers with an efficient and easy to use order and delivery service.



The processing time of order and delivery is subject to the payment method (customers must take into account the lead-time required for bank transfers to arrive), stock

availability, and internal company procedures. Processing up to delivery may therefore vary from a few minutes to days. In case if you place an order on holiday (Friday

& Saturday) or in any other government official holiday It is possible that our courier partners may be close on a holiday between the day your placed order and the date

of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page such delivery times do not cover Fridays and holidays. In this case, we add a day to the

estimated date and this is factored in to the delivery dates. Furthermore, they also depend on the accuracy of the delivery address provided by the Customer and

his/her presence on the delivery day.



To assist it’s customers, biscorpsonline tries to provide accurate stock information on it’s website, however this information is a guide and may not be relied on for order confirmation.



On occasion some delivery slots may not be available if their cut off time has passed or if the delivery slot has been filled with other orders. While we try very hard to ensure that all deliveries take place on time, unfortunately elements such as traffic, weather and on occasion, fulfillment delays may contribute to delays in delivery.



However, Once the orders is confirmed, the delivery will be done within the next days.



Should the initial delivery time be exceeded, the Customer will be informed of a new time as soon as bizcorpsonline has been informed by the third party courier.
